- The investment in Plant and Machinery or Equipment of the enterprise not exceeding 50 crore rupees whereas its turnover should not exceed 250 crore rupees is classified as Micro Enterprise.

- Nature of Business: Description of the business activities or services provided by the enterprise.
- Date of Incorporation/Business Start: The date when the enterprise was officially incorporated or commenced operations.
- Email Address and Mobile Number: Contact details of the enterprise.
- Business Address: Physical address where the enterprise operates.
- PAN Card Copy: A copy of the enterprise's Permanent Account Number (PAN) card.
- Number of Employees: Total number of individuals employed by the enterprise.
